10 Best Choices

1. Zigi 3g stroller

The good bits

The Zigi 3g  is the perfect lightweight stroller for urban settings. Suitable from birth this stroller has all the extras you are looking for. The large under-basket can store shopping and those essentials you need to take on the trips out and about.

It has a handy canopy to protect your baby from the sun and it even grows with your child- Pretty neat!  Not only that it has a peek-a-boo canopy so you can keep an eye on your little one.

Never fear the struggle of collapsing the stroller as it has a great one-hand fold mechanism. Perfect if you are holding your little one.

Not so good bits

The only downside to this stroller is that it can only world face. Parent facing can be used only with the car seat and its adaptors. This may be an issue for some and can be a make-or-break decision when choosing the perfect USA-made stroller.

2. Safety 1st Riva

Safety 1st Riva 6 in 1 Flex Modular Travel System with Onboard 35 FLX Infant Car Seat and Base, Blue Sky

The Good Bits

This is the first recycled stroller made in the USA. Providing this eco-friendly stroller shows how dedicated this brand is to support the American way of life.

Many parents love the versatility of this stroller as you can face your baby toward you so you can keep an eye on them whilst traveling. As your baby grows into a toddler they may find that the world-facing feature is more interesting while out and about.

It comes with an easy-to-clean machine washable material that gives you peace of mind when dealing with those pesky sticky fingers.

The oversize basket is perfect for your groceries and baby bits with the handy cup holder to keep juice at your fingertips. this stroller could be the one for you!

Lastly, the features I love the most are the smooth recline, ever been out and you thank your lucky stars that your darling little one has drifted off into a dreamland then this feature is perfect!

The Not So Good Bits

When researching this stroller a few issues did come to the surface.

It was noted that when used the wheels can become stiff and squeak. If you don’t mind oiling the wheels now and again this may not bother you too much!

The stroller does have slightly less padding than other comparable brands and the seat was fairly narrow – may be an issue as your little one grows into a toddler.

Lastly, make sure to check out your height against this stroller. This stroller does not come with the adjustable handle height that is common in other brands.

3. Graco Nimble Lite Stroller | Lightweight Stroller

Graco NimbleLite Stroller | Lightweight Stroller, Under 15 Pounds, Car Seat Compatible, Compact Fold, HaileyThe Good Bits

This lightweight stroller folds easily with a one-hand mechanism, perfect if you have your hands full!

This stroller comes with a belly bar with a cup holder for your little one. Great to entertain your toddler on days out. Not only that but this stroller has a tray for you as well! Keep your essentials close in this handy parent tray attached to the handlebars. No more searching for your cell or keys!

The Not So Good Stuff

When folded this stroller does not lie completely flat which could be a pain if you are looking to save space in the trunk!

Who here loves the white stuff? Personally, I love the snow but sadly this stroller doesn’t! It finds it difficult to travel through and can become hard to push. So if you live in an area where you have milder winters this may not be an issue for you.

Lastly, the basket is not as big as some traditional strollers made out of the USA. As moms, we pride ourselves on fitting things into small spaces like a game of Tetris but sadly if we try to do this our groceries are in danger of falling out over the sidewalk!

4. Graco Modes Click Collect Stroller

Graco Modes Click Connect Stroller, GraysonThe Good Bits

This fantastic stroller has a 3 in 1 feature. Use with a car seat, parent face, or world face you can be sure to find a style that suits both you and your baby.

Equipped with a toddler tray and two juice holders your little one can imagine they are the captain of their ship when cruising around.

A handy feature that you may not know you need is the lockable wheels. This is perfect if you have the desire to turn corners easily with the 360 swivel rotation or lock the wheels for speed and stability.

The Not So Good Bits

The downside to this stroller is that it isn’t compact when folded. This may become an issue if your trunk is small or if you have little room to store it when at home.

You may find that you are a little on edge when it comes to sticky fingers because the lining is not machine washable and is only spot clean.

5. Mima Xari 4G

The Good Bits

The Mima Xari 4G boasts a lovely 5 point harness ensuring the best security for your child. To make this stroller better it comes with 3 recline positions. Perfect for a tired little one who may just want to relax instead of lie flat.

This spectacular piece of baby equipment can transform in front of your eyes! With a few zip adjustments, your stroller has now turned into a carrycot!

Excellent if your baby is younger!

The Not So Good Bits

Sadly with all things spectacular it usually comes with a spectacular price tag.

Looking into some reviews of this beautiful piece of equipment some reports have been it is a hassle when opening the canopy, usually requiring two hands. This probably isn’t the best idea when juggling juice bottles, bibs, etc.

Although the luxurious leatherette fabric looks the part it may not be the best as it is not machine washable.  Spot cleaning can only go so far!

6. Safety First Step Lite Compact Stroller

Safety 1st Step Lite Compact Stroller, Back to Black, One SizeThe Good Bits

This elite stroller certainly lives up to its name, lightweight and compact you can be sure that you will have space at home for this stroller when it’s not in use!

The sun, it’s beautiful but it can become a nightmare when it gets in the eyes of your little one. They can get easily distressed if they cannot see through the golden rays.

Not to worry as this stroller has an extra-large canopy! Simply pull it down when facing the sun and your baby will be undisturbed on your journey.

Again boasting the feature all moms love, this stroller comes with a large basket and a cup holder to make your life easier on the go!

The Not So Good Bits

So like all things good, there are some bits that are not so good. This stroller is small and compact but it is not the smallest on the market. This may not bother you as such as the made in the USA combats a lot of what’s out there so ultimately it would be your call.

Sadly there is no parent tray for us moms/dads. Not essential to the running of the stroller but a neat little perk for us.

7. Run About Buggy

The Good Stuff

This Stroller is perfect for families with 4 or more children. It makes getting out and about with multiple children a breeze. It comes fully equipped with a foot and hand brake and a foot bar to ease the transition from sidewalk to road.

Did we mention that you can adjust the handlebar? You don’t need to worry about the height of this well-oiled machine.

The Not So Good Stuff

Right so now we have looked into what is great about this stroller, it doesn’t take a scientist to realize it is only suitable for larger families. If you have had quads then great but ideally this stroller is suited to more than 1-3 children.

The size of this stroller makes it difficult to change up the styles therefore there are not a lot of styles available to choose from.

8. Bob Gear Revolution Flex 3.0

BOB Gear Revolution Flex 3.0 Jogging Stroller | Smooth Ride Suspension + Easy Fold + Adjustable Handlebar, Graphite Black [New Logo]The Good Stuff

The adjustable handlebar makes for the perfect accessory when taking your child on a jog and for parents of varying heights.

This stroller is wonderful for families that like to explore the outdoors. Check out some of our favorite lightweight jogging strollers here.

The Not So Good Stuff

The tires being filled with air can only mean one thing … punctures! There would be nothing worse than being on a hike full of adventure to be stopped with a flat!

Even though this stroller boasts how brilliant it is when outdoors it can be temperamental on different terrain. Not the best experience you may be looking for.

Overall this stroller can cost you a pretty dollar!

9. Bob Gear Alterrain Pro Jogging Stroller

BOB Gear Alterrain Pro Jogging Stroller | One-Hand Quick Fold - Smoothshox + Airfilled Tires, BlackThe Good Stuff

Although this stroller has the same brand as above it has a true fold and goes nature. Its elegant appearance is robust in all weathers. It has great suspension and handles for a smooth ride on all terrain.

It has handy features like a large basket but the favorite feature had to be the hand brake. Like a bike brake, you know that you have full control over this stroller when going downhill.

The Not So Good Stuff

Some women have found that the right wheel of a Bob  Gear all-terrain pro can be stiff and squeak. There are also no accessories or car seat adapters available as yet.

Maybe they are in production but this stroller won’t be a great fit if you are after one you can use with a car seat!

10. Graco Fast Action Fold Jogging Stroller, Gotham

Graco FastAction Fold Jogger Travel System | Includes the FastAction Fold Jogging Stroller and SnugRide 35 Infant Car Seat, GothamThe Good Bits

So you still want a good stroller to jog with but don’t fancy a BOB? Take a look at this Graco Fast Action Fold jogging stroller. It has specific air filled tires and can accept any, that’s right any Graco car seat!

This neat stroller has a locking wheel mechanism so if you are casually out and about you can unlock the 360 swivel wheels to help you get in and out of doorways etc. Or lock them in place for a steady smooth jog!

The Not So Good Bits

Looking at the practicality of this stroller you may want to reassess the ease of closing it. It will require two hands to successfully fold it down. Not really practical if you are holding your beautiful bundle too right?!

It does have a handy cell phone holder but it is rather small so the normal current cell doesn’t fit making this feature useless.
