With the invention of the baby baths, the kitchen sink was thrown aside as an old fashioned solution to a common problem. However, it recent years the invention of various products has brought back the use of the kitchen sink in order to wash your baby.

The Puj Tub is made from a soft foam that folds and can fit almost any sink. The idea is that the foam cradles and protects your baby while bathing. The foam protects their delicate skin from the cold hard sink and cradles them ensuring that they feel secure at all times.
The Puj Tub comes as a flat piece of foam with cutouts. Once it is unpacked you would need to push the sides gently together so that the bottom fan shape comes together to form a seat, this is where your baby will be seated. The seat can be hung up to dry flat which is a great design feature.

The Puj flute works in a very similar way to the original Puj Tub except that it is even simpler to use. You simply unpack your Puj Flyte and it is ready to use, no need for any construction or foaming of the seat position.
It is quick and simple while still providing you with the same benefits of use. Providing a safe cradling feeling for your baby, while allowing parents a hands-free bathing experience. The seat can still be hung up to dry and folds for easy storage. It also has some grip and texture on the rear of the tub to prevent sliding in your sink.

The Puj Flyte is made from a durable and lightweight material. It is mold and mildew resistant the same as the original Puj Tub. It is still free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates.

The Main Differences Between Puj Tub vs Puj Flyte
There are not many differences between these two products. The Puj Flyte came about as it became apparent that many parents were using their Puj Tub on the move. Whether this was traveling or at a relatives’ house. Unfortunately, the Puj Tub is not as compact as the Flyte and would not fit in hand luggage.
Both are designed to bit a variety of sinks although this is not the case. The Puj Tub only fits certain sinks. It will not fit a wide sink as it required the sink to support it so that it fits securely. The Puj tub can also fit a sink that is 9 inches deep while the Flyte can only fit a sink that is 6 inches deep.
The Puj Flyte is smaller and more compact than the Puj Tub, It also has a simpler design and does not need to be constructed.
The Puj Tub can be dried flat, unlike the Puj Flyte.
FAQ Puj Tub vs Puj Flyte
Would the Puj tub work in a farm/apron sink?
The Puj Tub works better in sinks that are around 16 x 12 inches and at least 6.5 inches deep. If the sink is over 20 inches it will be too large for the Puj Tub as it requires the support of the sink itself.
Is the Puj Flyte made from the same material as the other Puj Tub?
The Flyte is made from the same material as the Tub but the Flyte has a higher density. This is in order for it to withstand travel and portability.
Do you need to fill the tub with water then put the baby in or do you need to keep the faucet running?
The Puj Tub will only hold a few ounces of water but they are designed for a continuous flow of water. As a parent, I can understand that you would not be comfortable leaving a running faucet over your baby, due to the possible issues of scalding. Many parents have suggested keeping a pitcher of warm water next to the sink to use as an alternative to the running faucet.
How long can you use the Flyte for?
The Flyte is intended to be used from 0-6 months and up to 17 pounds in weight.
