ACV is known to have anti-inflammatory and digestive properties that could potentially help prevent, manage, and relieve bloating and help to reduce swellings as well.

Your body goes through a lot of hormone changes during pregnancy which often lead to acne and other skin problems such as warts.

Raw apple cider vinegar will act as a toner and it can help to rebalance the skin’s natural pH, remove any dead cells, and excess oil.

ACV is highly acidic and should not be consumed in high quantities. Care needs to be taken while consuming ACV
